How it works

1. Select the origin stop of your journey by clicking on the map. You can also enter an address or postcode and find it on the map.

Do the same for your destination stop.

2. Review in the map the placement or origin and destination stops.

Click Next to confirm the request.

3. If you are a new user, you will need to register. If you are already registered, just log-in.

Once you place the booking, well show your journey code on the screen, and will also email it to you. Keep this code safely.

4. A reminder will be sent to you 20 minutes before pick-up time.

This will include instructions to get to the stop, in case you need them.

5. Remember to be at your pick-up stop before pick-up time.


Please attend at least 2 minutes before pick up time, 5 if its your first time. If you are not there, we cannot wait because other passengers would be late.

6. When you see your Skybus approaching, raise your arm for the driver to see you clearly.

Check your route name/number on your reminder message. This will be displayed on your Skybus front windscreen too.

7. Communicate your journey code to the driver.

If you are using Skybus app, then just show the QR code to the drivers smartphone camera to accelerate boardings.

8. Once in your Skybus, sit back comfortably and relax until you reach your destination!
