How can I register?

You can register easily going to the page labelled "My Skybus", and also at the time of your first booking.

To register, we ask you for your e-mail address, which will be your user identifier, and a password. We’ll use your email address to send you booking confirmations, journey codes and reminders.

After sending your registration data, youll receive a message on the specified email account. Clic on the included link to certify you own the account. This step is required to complete your registration process and start using Skybus.

How can I book a trip?

Booking a trip is easy, you only need to follow a few simple steps described at "How it works". The booking is complete when you get your e-ticket or locator, a digital journey code you’ll be using to access the vehicle.

Booking at least 30 minutes in advance is required.

Don’t forget to book the return trip!

Can I change a booking?

Yes, you can change the date & time of your booking until 23.59 of the previous day. You can also cancel the booking and re-book again, up to 30 minutes before pick-up time.

You can make changes and cancellations in "My Skybus > My Bookings" section.

How can I identify a Skybus stop?

Skybus stops are usually public bus stops.

In any case, the web and the app show the exact position of the stop, and the confirmation message will also display the exact address.

We recommend you to check beforehand, in the website or in the app, the location of the stop, to avoid any mistakes.

The first time you attend a stop, we recommend you to be there at least 5 minute early.

How can I identify my Skybus?

All Skybuses wear our logo on the front windshield and display the route name or number.

Your Skybus is simply the one that arrives at your stop at your requested time.

As you see your Skybus approaching, raise your arm for the driver to see you.

What happens if I forget or lose the journey code?

All your pending journey locators are displayed in the Skybus app. We also display your journey code as a number when you make a reservation, and in addition, you always receive the journey code with the confirmation and reminder e-mails. You cannot lose it!

Is there a paper ticket?

You dont need it as well provide you with the journey code in QR and numeric formats. This is all you need to jump on the vehicle.

What happens if I arrive late to the stop?

Skybus is a shared shuttle, so waiting for those passengers who arrive late will delay other passengers.

For this reason, we request you to be at the origin stop at least 2 minutes before the time indicated on the trip reminder message.

Also note that if you miss your Skybus, you cannot get on the next, as each Skybus goes only to those places required by its passengers.

What happens if I dont show up?

The system controls those passengers who book and dont show up (or do it late), and will reject bookings requests from those who have this behaviour repeatedly.

How does Skybus ensures the safety of passengers?

Only registered passengers can travel in Skybus, which helps make it safe for everyone.

On the other hand, the driver has permanent communication channels with the operations centre and the security services.

How do I know Ive reached my destination?

If you dont know the city, ask the driver, who will gladly let you know when you approach your destination stop.

Can I book my trip regularly?

Yes, when making a booking, you can turn it into a programmed booking just by checking the "Flag as frequent trip"

With this, the system will remember to pre-book for you the same origin and destination stops, pick up time and weekday. Youll receive a confirmation request email the day before, where you can confirm with a simple clic or discard the pre-booking.

You can schedule your programmed bookings to several weekdays from My Skybus > My frequent trips.
